Production Process
Why Do We Work Only on Demand?
We do not keep ready-made items in stock because our assortment is too vast. Producing even one unit of each item would take several months due to the costs of materials, labor, and utilities. Additionally, orders with repeated items make storing finished goods inefficient.
How Does the Production Process Work?
Transferring the Order to Production:
After payment, your order is transferred to the manufacturer within 24 hours and placed in a queue. Regardless of the day the order was placed (whether Monday or Sunday), the production task is issued at the beginning of the next workweek. This allows us to plan efficiently and avoid overtime.
Casting:
On the first day of the production cycle, we recast orders with repeated items ("repeats"), then working with others. Two employees work on this stage, with shifts lasting 8 to 12 hours per day.
Cleaning and Inspection:
On the second day, the finished castings are checked for quality, removed from sprues, cleaned, and packaged. This process is more time-consuming than casting. Five employees handle cleaning, also working 8 to 12-hour shifts.
Assembly and Packaging:
After casting and cleaning, orders are sorted, checked for compliance, and packaged. If non-standard situations arise (defects, additions, etc.), they are resolved the following day.
Shipping:
Completed orders are photographed, packaged, and handed over to the post office. A tracking number is assigned within 24 hours.
Why Might Deadlines Be Delayed?
We strive to meet the standard deadlines (minimum 11 days), but delays may occur due to:
An exceptionally high number of orders;
Shifts in production cycles caused by overtime, holidays or employee illnesses.
